赵伟栋,博士,教授,邮箱:zhaowd@gmu.edu.cn

长期从事生物物理和纳米医学等方面的研究工作,具体为利用原子力显微镜和超分辨荧光显微镜等单分子技术手段来对蛋白等生物大分子和细胞等进行生理条件下单分子水平上的结构和功能的研究。国际上首次确认了红细胞膜中脂筏的存在;提出了一种新的体细胞膜的模型;在单分子水平上定位了细胞膜上表皮生长因子受体和多种糖类等生物分子,发现了这些分子的数量和作用力在癌症的侵袭和转移过程中所发挥的作用。全面系统研究了神经系统中细胞和组织的电学性质,为单分子水平上研究细胞的电学性质以及阿尔兹海默综合征的早期诊断开辟了新的途径和方法。在SmallActa Biomaterialia等SCI期刊发表论文18篇(其中包括2篇封面文章)。
